The Bucs just played a tough game against the Saints and will scramble to get ready to play the Vikings on Thursday night football. The New York Jets finally seem like they are playing up to their potential, but they come back to earth this week against the Dolphins. Teams off a bye are doing well against the spread and the Dolphins are the better team getting points. Pick: Dolphins +1

The Colts and Andrew Luck are looking like they are progressing nicely. Chis Johnson had a big day against the Bills and can run against the Colts too. I just think this line is a little too high and the value is with the Colts. Pick: Colts +3.5
You heard it here first, the Raiders are about to go on a winning streak. They have all of the pieces working well and Carson Palmer is finally getting regular time with all of his weapons healthy again. Chiefs have Brady Quinn, nuff said. Pick: Raiders +1
The Pats have been outscored 34-6 in the fourth quarter over the last month. The Rams play tough football and they were a Sam Bradford play from keeping the game against the Packers within a field goal. Take the stout defense of the Rams and the points: Pick: Rams +7
The Falcons are undefeated and coming off a bye, but the Eagles will be well-rested and ready to go. If not for Michael Vick mistakes, this team would be undefeated. With the home field edge the Eagles beat the Falcons in the battle of the birds. Pick: Eagles -1
The Steelers are back and like the Raiders they are about to go on a winning streak. The Redskins defense is one of the worst in the league against the pass. The Steelers will control the clock and keep the ball away from Robert Griffin III. Pick: Steelers -3.5
Say what you will about the Cowboys they know how to beat the Giants. They showed it in the opening game of the season and they will show it again this week. It’s hard to trust Tony Romo but his wide-outs are ready to produce and he knows how to beat the Giants. Pick: Cowboys -1
This line is a head scratcher. Who doesn’t want to take a shot on Drew Brees getting almost a touchdown? I don’t. The Saints defense is plain awful. They can’t stop anyone Peyton Manning will put up big numbers against this defense and win big. Pick: Broncos -6.5
The Chargers are off a bye but that humiliating loss on Monday Night Football against the Broncos, is the beginning of the end for this team. The Browns are playing good football and they are a dropped pass away from beating the Colts. They are at home and hang tough against good teams. The Browns get the upset win. Pick: Browns +2.5
Monday Night Football: 49ers (-7) vs Cardinals
It is hard to back the Cardinals with the way their offensive line is playing. I do however love a home underdog on Monday Night Football. It is even more tempting when it is a home divisional dog. That’s good enough for me to take a shot on the Cardinals to keep this game close at home. Pick: Cardinals +7
