USC vs Oregon Picks and Predictions: Pac -12 Championship

Although the college football season is nearing an end, this is arguably the most exciting weekend to watch.  Although the NFL has games with playoff implications this weekend, the championship weekend will provide the most exciting matchups of the week. It all starts on Friday night with the Pac-12 Championship and the USC vs Oregon picks and predictions. Get all of the Saturday Championship picks right here!

Duck Stepping In

The Oregon Ducks were not the first team scheduled to play in the Pac-12 Championship. USC was originally slated to play against the Washington Huskies. An outbreak of COVID-19 among the Huskies has changed all of that. The Huskies do not have the players available to play in the championship game. That leaves the door open for the Ducks to repeat as conference champions.

Money Moving In

The money being bet on this game is firmly on the side of the USC Trojans. USC is getting over 70 percent of the money from college football bettors. Although Oregon is not getting much of the betting action, the spread is barely moving. The Trojans started out as 3 point favorites and only a few outlets have moved the line to 3.5

What to Watch For

The Ducks will look to attack USC in the middle of the defense. If the Trojans defense has a weakness it is at linebacker. Oregon QB Tyler Shough will look to exploit the middle and move the offense.  In the last outing, the Trojans allowed more than 280 passing yards and they are 4-10 ATS after allowing that many yards in a game.

Both of these teams have played very close games which means taking the points may be the way to go. The last three Oregon games were decided by four points or fewer.

The Ducks defense has been successful at slowing down the Air Raid that the Trojans implement. The secret is getting to the quarterback. If the Ducks fail to pressure Kedon Slovis will attack the Ducks defense with a slew of talented wide receivers.

USC vs Oregon Picks and Predictions

The Ducks have the advantage of playing in this game bringing experience to the big game. The Ducks are 5-2 ATS in the last seven games against the Trojans. Oregon is 4-0 ATS against a team with a winning record and will surprise USC and emerge as Pac-12 Champions!

Free Pick: Ducks +3

Coastal Carolina Predictions

BYU vs Coastal Carolina Prediction, Game Preview, and Pick ATS

The Saturday college football schedule is packed with crucial games that may impact the playoffs. But there are not too many football fans that could have predicted that BYU and Coastal Carolina would be headlining that conversation this week. But here we are and it’s time to make the BYU vs Coastal Carolina prediction.

BYU Back in the Playoff Conversation

Due to cancellations, BYU sought out this game against the No. 18 undefeated Chanticleers. Although BYU has a spotless record, many pundits believe it is not enough to get into the playoff conversation. That will all change with a win in this game. It may not be enough, but a victory here does make a statement.

BYU boasts a defense that is allowing less than 300 yards per game and they have a superstar in the making at quarterback. Zach Wilson leads the offense and leads a fierce offensive attack that is relentless behind one of the best offensive lines in the country. The Cougars have been a good bet against the spread (ATS) as chalk with a 6-2-1 ATS record as a favorite.

Line Up the Number

When the game was announced all of the reputable sportsbooks made the Cougars a 10 point favorite. That line has slightly been adjusted to 10.5, although only 52 percent of the betting is on the road team.

Counting out Coastal Carolina?

Don’t sleep on the Chanticleers. The conversation is all about BYU and they have a shot to make a statement with a win, but what about Coastal Carolina? Freshman Grayson McCall leads the way on offense with 20 touchdowns and just one interception. They play solid on defense ranking 15th by allowing 322 yards per game. They have also played a more difficult schedule and will be at home for this big game.

BYU vs Coastal Carolina Prediction

Both teams will have to adjust game plans quickly for this showdown. BYU has the added pressure of planning travel for this game. Although the Cougars have incredible leadership, this is a difficult task for anyone. The Cougars are just 1-5 ATS in the last 6 games played in December and the Chanticleers are 5-0 ATS in the last five games catching points. BYU may win, but this game is going to be very close.

Chanticleers +10.5

College Football Picks for December 5

Predictions and College Football Picks for December 5

The Saturday slate of college football games features big named teams. With playoff implications on the line, this may be one of the most competitive weeks of the season. Before we make our NFL picks we have to focus on college ball. That is why we researched the games, broke out the numbers, and made the College Football Picks for December 5.

BYU vs Coastal Carolina

This is quickly becoming one of the biggest games on the schedule. BYU is trying to make the playoff committee take notice. Meanwhile, Coastal Carolina can shock the world by beating a big named squad, putting their stamp on a fantastic season. Who wins?

Read the full preview and get the free pick here.

Texas AM vs Auburn

The Aggies are giving up 6.5 points on the road, which are too many with the way the offense looked a week ago. Jimbo Fisher cannot afford to see his team fall flat in this game. They will have to remain undefeated if they have any hopes of making the college football playoffs.

Box Nix leads a Tigers team that was dismantled by Alabama but fought to the end. The Tigers are not only 10-3 against the spread (ATS) as a home underdog, in the last six games as a home dog, they have won four of those games outright. This game goes down to the wire and Auburn and the points are the best way to bet on this game.

Auburn +6.5

Stanford vs Washington

The Cardinal come into this game off a big win against Cal. The oddsmakers are not giving them a ton of respect, making them double-digits underdogs against a ranked Washington team. This is the same Huskies team that needed a big comeback to steal a victory against Utah.

Stanford is a good football team, but they have trouble stopping the run. They allow 229 yards per game on the ground which ranks last in the conference.  The Cardinal has been a bad bet failing to cover in its last seven games and posting an ugly 3-12-1 ATS record in the last 16 games overall.

The Huskies are 6-1 ATS in the last 7 games following a game in which they did not cover the spread. They get back on track with a blowout win and a cover over the Cardinal.

Washington -10.5

[BET NOW]

Texas vs Kansas State

The Longhorns suffered a dreadful loss a week ago against Iowa State. This is the kind of loss that can derail the season for Texas. They now need other teams to lose to play in the Big 12 Championship game. Heading out on the road to play a team on a four game losing streak is a trap game for Texas.

The Longhorns are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 conference games and 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games as a favorite. Kansas State coach Chris Klieman knows how to motivate his team as underdogs. In the four games as a home underdog, the Wildcats are 4-0 ATS with three outright victories. The Wildcats have covered 12 of the last 16 games in this series and are a dangerous underdog once again.

College Basketball Predictions for December 1st

Picks from a Bookie: College Basketball Predictions for December 1

You might be focusing on the NFL, but another season is in full swing. The college basketball season has tipped off and if you want to win money during March Madness you have to start handicapping hoops early. At this time of the year, the early tournaments showcase big-named teams and there is an opportunity to scout teams and make money. Our College Basketball Picks for December 1 focuses on sharp money and other angles to watch.

We reached out to a bookie to give us his best bets on the night.

Here they are:

College Basketball Picks for December 1

Michigan State vs Duke

This is what we like to call a trendy dog. The world is betting on Michigan State to win and cover against Duke. This is a common mistake.  Duke at home only giving 3 points is an early Christmas gift. Michigan State is a big-name program and they have a big-name coach. The Spartans are off a big win against Notre Dame.

In that game, they had notable milestones that are hard to duplicate. For example, Junior Forward Joey Hauser had his first career double-double. The Spartans also had a 26-0 run, which is very difficult to duplicate.

Duke had 22 turnovers in the last game against Coppin State. The good coaching staff will make sure that does not happen again.

The Bookies are betting on Duke -3 [BET HERE for a 50% Welcome Bonus!]

Kentucky vs Kansas

This game has recent bias baked into the line. Kentucky looked lousy in a loss and the public is willing to bet against them in this Kansas game. With the public hitting up Kansas, the spread has been bet up to Kansas -4.5.

Kentucky was obviously looking ahead to this game when they lost to Richmond. This is a team that tends to overlook weaker opponents and they play “up” to tougher competition.  Kentucky did not share the ball in that Richmond game with only five assists. If you can find a betting prop for assists by Kentucky, I would bet over. If you like trends there is this. The Wildcats are 4-0 ATS after a loss.

Kansas is still tinkering with lineups and trying to rebuild lineups to face off against other opponents.  This is a game where people are betting on recent events and not overall talent. Don’t make that mistake.

The Bookies are betting on Kentucky +4 [BET HERE to become a VIP Bookie betting expert!]

College Football Picks Against the Spread for November 27

College Football Picks Against the Spread for November 27

The NFL dominates on Thanksgiving, but Friday is made for college football. Everyone is shopping on Black Friday and we are shopping for the best bets on a busy collegiate schedule. With a dozen games to choose from, we have found our top college football picks against the spread for November 27.

Iowa State vs Texas [BET NOW]

One of the reasons that Friday Football after Thanksgiving is so great is because top-ranked teams face off. That is the case in the Big 12 when the No. 20 ranked Longhorns play against the No. 15 ranked Cyclones. The Cyclones are looking to avoid letdown late in the season. The Cyclones are 9-6 in the final month of the season. With wins against Texans and West Virginia in the title game they can win a conference title for the first time since 1912. The Nation’s leading rusher, Breece Hall who has amassed over 1100 yards and 15 touchdowns will have to carry the load against Texas.

Tom Herman knows how to get his team ready with extra time to prepare. Texas is 7-1 after an open week under Herman. The Longhorns sports a run defense that ranks 16th nationally in yards allowed per rush and they will have all eyes on Hall in this game.

The Cyclones are just 1-4 against the spread (ATS) in the last five games against a team with a winning record. They are also 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game. Texas is a perfect 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and they win again on Friday.

Texas -1.5 [Black Friday Special: Use promo code BLITZ and get a 125% huge bonus to bet on sports!]

Notre Dame vs North Carolina [BET NOW]

The biggest game on Friday is obviously the monumental tilt between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the North Carolina Tar Heels. The No. 2 Irish will look for another impressive win as they try and march towards a championship game, but it won’t be easy. The Irish will be without two key players on the offensive line, as Tommy Kraemer and Jarrett Patterson are out against North Carolina. The Irish have depth up front, but losing players have this magnitude is something to be concerned with. This is an offensive line that has allowed just 13 sacks, which is tied for first in the ACC.

It is not stopping the public from betting on the Irish as over 70 percent of the early bets are on Notre Dame in this game. If you read our NFL sharps vs squares betting action report, you know that kind of number raises some eyebrows.

North Carolina has two losses on the season, but those were by a combined 6-points, which means they play to the final whistle. QB Sam Howell is a better-than-average signal-caller and although he plays behind an average offensive line, he excels at adjusting against coverages. Mack Brown had extra time to script the first few drives and I look for unique play-calling in the biggest game of the year for the Tar Heels.

The Tar Heels are 25-7 ATS in their last 32 home games against a team with a winning road record and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a home underdog. This one will be close and the Irish are on upset alert.

North Carolina +5.5 [Black Friday Bonus: Bet using Crypto and claim a150% bonus to boost your bankroll!]

Oregon vs Oregon State [BET NOW]

The nightcap on Black Friday features a rivalry game as Oregon and Oregon State clash for more than just bragging rights. The ninth-ranked Oregon Ducks are the better team, but in a rivalry game, anything can happen. The Ducks opened up as 16-.5 favorites but that number is slowly dropping, although over 64 percent of the wagers are on Oregon. The spread is now below a touchdown and can be found at 13.5 at the best sportsbooks.

The Beavers are slowly improving and are coming off the first win of the season after beating the Cal Bears. A win against the Ducks would mark the first victory against the Ducks since 2016. In order to keep this game close, the Oregon State defense will have to take advantage of an Oregon offense that has turned the ball over six times this season. The Beavers will run the ball behind Jermar Jefferson and attempt to blast a Ducks defense that gives up more than five yards a carry.

The Ducks have dominated the series of late (6-1 ATS) but they are 4-10 ATS in their last 14 games after accumulating less than 100 yards rushing in their previous game. The Beavers have covered five of the last six games overall and they are a perfect 5-0 ATS in the last five games as an underdog.

It won’t be pretty, but the Beavers keep this game close.

Oregon State +13.5

College Football Picks Against the Spread for November 20

Syracuse vs Louisville

The Louisville Cardinals are known for a high octane offense and that is one of the reasons that they are double-digit favorites over Syracuse. In a game where the teams have a combined three wins, it’s hard to bet on Louisville giving 19 points. However, Syracuse is a very bad football team. They have given the ball away nine times in the last three games. They rank 123rd in total offense and have serious problems moving the ball. This is a get-right squad for a Louisville team that is in need of a big win. The Orange are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 meetings in Louisville and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 meetings. The Cardinals are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a home favorite and they cover the number.

Louisville -19 [BET NOW and use promo code: BLITZ to claim up to $2500]

Purdue vs Minnesota

When one thinks of the Big ten, they often think about a ground and pound type of conference.  Therefore, it may surprise you that the game between Purdue and Minnesota has the highest over/under of the night. The betting total in this game is currently at 62 and the Purdue is a 2.5 point favorite. The home dog on Friday night is always deadly and although Purdue (who is 26-15 ATS under coach Jeff Brohm) seems like the right side in this game, think again.

Minnesota can run the rock. Mohamed Ibrahim has piled up 715 yards on the ground and is easily the best back in the Big Ten.

The Boilermakers are 1-4 ATS on the road when laying points and the Golden Gophers are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games after scoring less than 20 points in their previous game. The underdog has covered five of the last seven games in this series and they do it again.

Minnesota +2.5 [BET NOW and join for free to get a 125% Bonus!]

***UPDATE***

This is not good news for the Golden Gophers, but we are not going to hedge and will let it ride.

New Mexico vs Air Force

When betting on college football it’s always important to know as much as you can about the late game. This is the last chance to make money.

We know all about the Air Force offense. They are first in the nation in running the football and they pile up over 329 yards per contest. The problem with this team is the inability to play solid defense. Air Force has a defense that ranks near the bottom in several key statistics.

This is good news for a New Mexico team that can score on offense. Running back Bobby Cole can run the ball and the Lobos can also put up points in the air. If this team has strength on defense it is stopping the run. That bodes well for this game against Air Force.

Air Force is an ugly 4-11 ATS when playing against a team with a losing record. The Lobos may not seem impressive but they play well in this series. The Lobos are 7-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings and this includes covering four of the last five games on the Air Force turf.

New Mexico +7

College Football Picks for November 18: MACtion Winners

With college football games all week long, there are endless opportunities to bet on great football games. Tuesday has games with bigger spreads, but on Wednesday they shrink indicating that the games will be closer. Our college football expert provides a betting breakdown and all of the College Football Picks for November 18.

Northern Illinois vs Ball State

Let’s cut to the chase. Ball State will dominate this game. The offense is averaging over 500 yards per game. They can move the ball on the ground or through the air. Northern Illinois has yet to win and the offense does not have enough power behind QB Ross Bowers to keep up.

The Huskies don’t recover well off an ugly loss since they are 3-13-1 ATS in their last 17 games following a double-digit loss at home. The favorite has cashed in six of the last eight meetings and the Cardinals win in blowout fashion.

Ball State -14

[BET HERE and get a 50% Bonus up to $1,000!]

Toledo vs Eastern Michigan

Toledo is the favorite in this game, but giving points in this series is dangerous. The last three meetings between these teams have been decided by seven points or less. The Eagles are a team that will not hurt themselves. They are one of the most disciplined teams in the nation. They rank in the top-10 in fewest penalties (7), penalties per game (3.5), and fewest penalty yards (78). Eagles quarterback Preston Hutchinson is still learning, but he is consistent and can run the football. He is only going to get better and that will be clear in this game.

The Rockets are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games after allowing less than 20 points in their previous game and 0-7 ATS in their last 7 road games. The Eagles are 24-7 ATS in their last 31 games as an underdog and the home team has covered four out of the last five games in the series. Take the home underdog to cash in on Wednesday night.

Eastern Michigan +6.5

Western Michigan vs Central Michigan

The Western Michigan Broncos are undefeated and get a tough road test this week. They are very good on offense. Sean Taylor leads the team in the ground game with 168 rushing yards.

Central Michigan QB Daniel Richardson has thrown for 439 yards and 3 touchdowns and he will try to exploit a beatable Broncos defense.  Although it can be argued that the Chippewas are playing well but they have not much luck with the Broncos. The Broncos have had their number with a 5-1 straight-up record in the last six meetings.

The Broncos are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings in Central Michigan. The Road team is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 meetings and the Chippewas are 2-6 ATS when playing a team with a winning record. Take the road underdog in what will be the best game of the night.

College Football Picks for November 17: MACtion Best Bets

You don’t have to wait long to bet on college football this week. Thanks to MACtion, the games start early with two games on Tuesday followed up with a bigger menu on Wednesday night. In fact, football will be played every night of the week! Tuesday is when it all starts and there is nothing better than winning early in the week. That is why we are excited to present our best bets and College Football Picks for November 17.

Akron vs Kent Picks and Predictions

Akron is not a good football team, but they did manage to get a cover last week. The public does not believe that this will happen twice. Over 60 percent of the bets in this game are on the favorite in this game. The current spread shows that Kent is a 24 point favorite.

There are a few issues with dropping this many points at home. The Golden Flashes are just 4-11 ATS in the last 15 games as a home favorite. Zips QB Zach Gibson has played moderately well in the first two games. This week he will have the benefit of facing a team that will be looking ahead to the game next week against Buffalo.

The underdog is 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings. It’s going to be an ugly game and the best bet is on the Zips.

Buffalo vs Bowling Green Picks and Predictions

It is not shocking to see that Buffalo is the most popular pick of the night. Although they are favored by 30 or more points, according to the best sportsbooks, it has not stopped Joe Public from laying the points in this game.

Jaret Patterson and Kevin Marks Jr. lead a ground game in Buffalo that is almost impossible to stop. They rank high nationally in rushing offense and will be too much to handle for this defense. Bowling Green is allowing 50 points per game and nearly 600 yards of total offense in every game this season.

The Bulls have been the best bet on conference play covering the number in 21 of the last 28 games. They are also 6-1 ATS in their last 7 meetings in Bowling Green. The Falcons are 5-21 ATS in their last 26 home games and 15-36 ATS in their last 51 games overall. Lay the points with Buffalo in a rout.

Colorado State vs Boise State pick against the spread

Colorado State vs Boise State pick against the spread and Predictions

It is another full week of college football to watch and wager on. It all starts on Tuesday with MACtion and more games on Wednesday. Then we have one isolated game on Thursday before big games on Friday and a full slate on Saturday. With a full menu of games and winners to pick, it’s time to get started. Here is the Colorado State vs Boise State pick against the spread.

Betting Breakdown

Boise State was expected to compete against BYU last Friday, but they fell flat. They were without starting quarterback Hank Bachmeier and lost backup Jack Sears in the first quarter. Broncos head coach Bryan Harsin has yet to reveal who will play and for how long, which has to be concerning if you are betting on the favorite in this game.

Colorado State rebounded with a win after an early ugly loss. However, this team will need an incredible effort to pull off an upset victory on Thursday night. The offense has been very inconsistent and the defense has holes. The defensive weakness of the Rams is in the secondary that allowed over 320 + yards in the last two outings.

Colorado State vs Boise State predictions

When a team gets embarrassed on national television they rebound with a big win. Boise was beaten and bruised and they face a team that they will dominate against in the Rams. The Rams are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games following a straight-up win and they have only covered 2 of the last 5 meetings against Boise. The Broncos are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a home favorite and they rebound with a blowout win.

Toledo vs Western Michigan predictions

Toledo vs Western Michigan predictions and a free pick

It is another full week of college football to watch and wager on. It all starts on Tuesday with MACtion and more games on Wednesday. Then we have one isolated game on Thursday before big games on Friday and a full slate on Saturday. With a full menu of games and winners to pick, it’s time to get started. Here are the Toledo vs Western Michigan predictions for November 11th.

Betting Breakdown

Both teams started the season with convincing wins, but they will both get an upgrade in the opponent. Toledo likes to run the ball and a year ago they averaged 221.8 yards per game. This is the complete opposite of the Broncos as they have an aerial attack aiming to put points up on the board. The Broncos do have the benefit of playing at home, which in the past has been an advantage. The home team in the series has covered five of the last seven meetings.

Toledo vs Western Michigan predictions

If you are looking for a difference-maker in this game, take a look at Rockets quarterback Eli Peters. He completed 20-of-32 passes for 214 yards with four touchdowns in the win last week. He will thrive off of play-action and will be able to move the ball against the Broncos. The Rockets are 14-5 ATS in their last 19 games following a straight-up win of more than 20 points and the underdog is 10-4 ATS in the last 14 games. In a closely contested match, the points are hard to pass up.

Bet now: Toledo +2.5
