College Football 2021 Week 13 Predictions

Iowa vs Nebraska

Why are the Cornhuskers favored? Nebraska is not as good as Iowa, but they are playing to save their coach’s job. That kind of motivation cannot be overlooked. This is a bowl game for Nebraska. Despite the poor season, the Huskers have a winning record against the spread this season and they are 8-2-1 ATS in the last 11 games after a win.

If that was not enough motivation, read this.

Nebraska -1

Wake Forest vs Boston College

Sure Wake Forest vs Boston College may not be “must-see” rivalry football, but it’s a solid bet. BC plays hard and they can keep games close with a ferocious defense. The Demon Deacons are 2-8-1 ATS as a road favorite and 4-10-1 ATS in the last 15 road games as a favorite. Wake lost a big game against Clemson and now will look past Boston College and that is a mistake.

Boston College +5

Penn State vs Michigan State

Michigan State was whipped against Ohio State and they can hang up any hopes of going to the playoffs. The Spartans have a hangover in November where they are 3-10 ATS in the last 13 November games. Penn State will not go to the playoffs, but they play better football at the end of the year under HC James Franklin. The oddsmakers are telling you something again. The lower-ranked road team is favored over a higher-ranked team. Penn State has one of the best defenses in the country and they are 5-1 ATS in the last six road games. Back the Lions.

Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State

With plenty on the line in the Big 12 and the college football playoffs, this may be the best game of the day! This is a series that the Sooners have dominated winning six straight and 16 of 18 games in this series, but the times are changing. The Cowboys deserve to be favorites and the Sooners are an underdog for just the second time in the last 59 conference games. The Cowboys are 20-6 ATS when playing against a team with a winning record and 6-0 ATS as a favorite.

Oklahoma State -4
